About

Strength, earned honestly.

We're a student-run club at Tufts for anyone interested in natural — meaning drug-free — strength training and bodybuilding. Natural gains are slow and earned, and that's the whole point: we're here for the long game.

All experience levels are welcome. Never touched a barbell? Great. Been lifting for years? Also great. We train together, share what works, and keep each other accountable. Compete on stage one day if you want to — or just get stronger with good people.

What we do

A few ways to get involved

Group lifts

Weekly sessions with spotters, structure, and good company. Show up, lift, repeat.

Form & technique

Learn the big lifts safely — squat, bench, deadlift, and more — from members who've put in the reps.

Posing & stage prep

Chasing a natural show? We run posing practice and prep guidance to get you stage-ready.

Nutrition & recovery

Workshops on eating for your goals, sleep, and training smart so progress actually sticks.
